• You are either a fresher or a guru at what you do
• You love your work and you love to work, we don’t like passengers.
• You are a complete team player, we don’t like people who believe they can change the world on their own
• You’re a cool person, love listening to music while you work (there may be multiple genres of music playing at the same time and you need to be able to handle that), love to joke and make friends and yet be supremely committed to client deadlines (sometimes we work nights if work so demands though thankfully they are not so often)
• You have great communication skills (specially if you are in a client facing position)
